888gam Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

888gam ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") operates an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform available at https://888gam.app. The Platform is made available to eligible users ("you", "your", or "the Player") subject to these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, and promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

888gam is designed and operated with Pakistani players in mind, offering PKR-denominated accounts, local payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and a curated game library covering live casino, slots, and PSL cricket sports betting. Notwithstanding this local focus, the Platform is operated under an international gaming framework, and this Agreement is governed by internationally accepted principles of online gaming law.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and 888gam with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, or agreements whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 888gam Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party in connection with any wager or gaming activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 888gam or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded, administratively excluded, or otherwise barred from gaming platforms.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to notify 888gam immediately if your eligibility status changes at any time during your use of the Platform. 888gam accepts no liability for losses incurred by a player who has misrepresented their eligibility.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 888gam Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 888gam reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts discovered, and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with such accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 888gam account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 888gam shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 888gam support at [email protected] immediately. 888gam will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verified notification of a breach.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance and responsible gaming obligations, 888gam may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This may include submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account)
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

888gam accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your 888gam wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within minutes for mobile wallet methods.

888gam does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 888gam accepts no liability. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, 888gam will contact you to arrange an alternative method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 1–4 hours
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 1–3 business days
• Bank Transfer: 2–5 business days

Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of our AML obligations. 888gam reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers a compliance review, pending satisfactory resolution of that review.

4.3 Currency

The 888gam Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. 888gam accepts no liability for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate losses that may arise in connection with your use of the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

888gam offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your main wallet or withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the offer documentation.
• 888gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk qualifying bets, or employing arbitrage strategies — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General

All bets placed on the 888gam Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on 888gam, including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and crash games, are supplied by certified third-party software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. 888gam does not control game outcomes and accepts no liability for any technical malfunction of a third-party game engine that results in an incorrect payout or void game round, beyond restoring the affected player's stake.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket and international cricket markets, are subject to 888gam's Sports Betting Rules, published separately on the Platform. In summary:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to late price changes for in-play events.
• 888gam reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced unless clearly offered as an in-play market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market, as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 888gam reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players identified as professional or advantage bettors.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including an incorrectly displayed price, corrupted game outcome, or technical malfunction — 888gam reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. A manifest error is one that is obvious and objectively verifiable. The Company's determination of a manifest error is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 888gam Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players, including signalling in live poker or live dealer environments
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that contravenes applicable AML legislation
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 888gam staff or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 888gam Platform, including but not limited to the 888gam brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 888gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888gam. Any unauthorised use of 888gam's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

888gam collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

888gam implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888gam, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform
• Any loss or damage arising from errors, interruptions, defects, delays, or failures in the Platform or its underlying technology
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent part of gaming. 888gam accepts no liability for any gambling losses you incur while using the Platform. You are solely responsible for managing your gaming activity within your means.

11. Account Termination & Closure

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your 888gam account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance in your main wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by 888gam

888gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months
• Identification of the account holder as being under 21 years of age
• Regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement requirement

Where an account is closed by 888gam due to verified fraud or material breach, 888gam reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit funds to the relevant authorities.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 888gam holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 888gam, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. 888gam will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under 888gam's applicable gaming licence.

The Company's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, account balances, bonus eligibility determinations, and manifest error assessments are final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described above.

13. Amendments to These Terms

888gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 888gam will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 11.1.
